Watering the "garden"

I picked up a little spray bottle for Sean at Target. We started out washing the windows but he wouldn't put it down. We ended up on the balcony. He finally finished when the bottle was empty. Sadly, the only thing I have growing out there so far is some chives that came back up from last year. I need to get on the ball with the planting.
