Unbelievable luck we have. My van was in the shop last month getting new tires and tie rods so I could get a sticker. In the past couple of weeks it has been making this obnoxious rattling noise. Mind you, this is a 2006, it should not be giving us this much grief. So, we took it up to the dealership. Someone came out and said it is most likely the flywheel for the starter(or something like that) and we have an appointment on Wednesday to have it fixed.
Today we wanted to go to the steakhouse to pick up some meat for the weekend and we thought we would be better off in Jim's Taurus, in case the van wouldn't start all the way up in Braintree-about 45 miles from here. We packed the kids into the car and left for the day. Thanks to a family of Canadian geese that had wandered out into the middle of the highway, we had to stop short to avoid rear-ending the guy in front of us...and blew out a brake line...in Stoughton...in a bad area...
I hate cars.
