English Muffins

No kidding. Easier than I thought, not quite Thomas's but better than store brand. I'm going to tamper with them in the future. I'd like to substitute whole wheat for most of the flour and lower the sugar a bit. Still, I'll call this a success.

Wow. Pls share recipe? We serve Eggs Benedict for the Christmas Brunch we host. The only year we tried to make our own, they were gluten-free, and it scared us from ever trying again. (We're all back on wheat now, and baking is regaining its joy...)

Click on No kidding. Alton Brown has a recipe that looks good too. I've been on a big baking kick. Last night I made tortillas. They are for tonight, hopefully they taste good! lol
