Advent days 12 and 13

For day 12 the kids watched Charlie Brown Christmas. It was a busy day so we brought it with us to Masusie and Papa's house. I'd still like to sit and watch it again with them. It is one of my favorites.

On day 13 we read Lucia and the Light. This is a beautiful book and we read it every year. I had hoped to really celebrate St. Lucia's Day this year, but thanks to a pretty icky stomach bug, the book was all I could manage. I think it would be a lot more fun if I had a daughter to wear a candle wreath. ;)












Thanks to the book and an avid imagination, Sean has declared himself a troll, which is pretty fitting considering the day we had. I'm beat.
