In the spirit of keeping things simple this year, we are staying with a few tried and true recipes. Today we sliced our marshmallows and made toffee butter crunch. We used the marshmallow soft in our hot cocoa the other day night and that was not something I wish to try again. Tomorrow we'll be doing our cranberry white chocolate macadamia cookies.
That's it. That is all the baking I intend to do this year. I feel no stress, no anxiety...this is definitely one of my better holiday seasons.
