Outside once again

Sean is well on his way to finishing his summer reading list before summer actually begins. A good problem to have, I think. 

Leo is so good on the leash, even Chris has no trouble walking him. Sean has been on his bike and the kids have had the dirtbike revving around the yard.

The weather has been spectacular and we have been outside all day every day. I have been picking at the garden. The garlic and rhubarb are coming up and the peas, kale, and spinach is planted. The only flowers in my yard are some half-hearted forsythia at the end of the driveway. Some bulbs are in order this fall!

Just a couple of weeks left of the school year. Looking ahead to days at the lake and evenings full of bbq and ice cream. It was such a long winter, what a relief.
