A little perspective

My Mike is a busy guy. He is very curious and is always getting into things he shouldn't. He isn't the slightest bit clingy, so I am forever looking for him to see what he is into. Despite my many attempts to get him on a more reasonable schedule, he hits the ground running each morning well before 6am. He is a sweet, kind boy, but he can be a bit of a challenge (to put it mildly). I couldn't imagine having to be more on top of another small person (mammal?) until...

Enter Puppy!

His name is Leo. He is a sweet, lovable pup. He is also very, very busy and quite stubborn. He sleeps a lot, thankfully, and last night he slept in the crate all night. I've been sleeping on the couch with him tethered next to me on his dog bed, so this is a huge step towards me getting back into my own bed at night. Compared to this little guy's antics, Mike doesn't seem quite so difficult anymore. 

The children adore him and we have been having so much fun. Can you guess who his best buddy/partner in crime is?
