Spontaneous silliness

I don't know what possessed me to make these finger puppets today. I used some scrap felt and there's a lot more where that came from, so I'm guessing these are the first of many. In case you're wondering, that is supposed to be a lion on the right. The only golden color I have is a day-glow yellow, so I went with beige, he looks a little pale, but at least he's smiling!









I'm pretty excited that I finally figured out the french knot, thanks to Youtube. I don't know how I ever managed before the dawn of instructional videos.
