Heat wave

We broke down and bought a window unit AC this year. It's a good thing because this summer has been unbearable and the baby doesn't do well with the heat. Since we are in the middle of another heat wave, this one forecasted to last the whole week, the kids have been creative finding fun things to do indoors.

There has been the path to Monster Castle and a grand reveal complete with music.

They have painted rocks for checkers and tic tac toe.

and played around with some origami.

And that's just before lunch!
