Today was our official first day back. School itself went quite well. It is too early to really tell, but I think I am going to be very happy with our curriculum choice this year. I plan on starting Latin and all of Sean's work next week, when hopefully I can get into more of a rhythm.
Although school itself went well, the rest of the day was one of those cranky baby, stubbed toe, clogged toilet(grrr, boys!), failed recipe kind of days. A lot went unaccomplished, like the sewing I was hoping to get done, any hope of ever finishing the book I'm reading -Perelandra by C.S. Lewis, and the annual fall decorating.
I'm hopeful the rest of the week will go more smoothly.
