Sean does the typical preschool stuff; he cuts paper, glues, uses play-doh, sings songs and dances, does puzzles, colors and paints, etc. He knows all of his uppercase letters now, mostly through osmosis somehow, and we are moving on to lowercase and cementing the sounds. He is very interested in beginning letter sounds and walks around saying things like j-j-j-jet starts with J.
James is wrapping up a study on Ancient Egypt. He is finding math particularly easy this year(who'd have thought) and I am surprised at how quickly he finishes all of his lessons.
This year is going very smoothly so far.
