What a slow start! I am finally picking sugar snap peas. It feels so late to me. The blueberries have been a pleasant surprise, not all of the bushes have berries, but more than half do and they are loaded. The chickens are very fond of the woods and have found themselves a particular tree that makes a great roost for all 13 of them. The potatoes seem to be doing well. I have enlisted a bit of help because I can't get out there enough to weed. They need to be hilled badly. I keep telling myself that I will have more time to keep up with everything next year, but we will see!
