Smoothies revisited

Spinach, frozen peaches, a banana, and a bit of milk to thin it down. When I find a good source of pastured eggs around here, I will throw a raw egg in it too. Really. I don't trust the eggs from the grocery store though.



















My kids would be happy to have Kashi waffles or cereal every morning, but I'd rather them not wake up and tank up on straight carbs and sugar for breakfast. As it is, this is plenty of sugar for the morning and we alternate mornings between smoothies and eggs. Too bad it's so messy!
