Easter eggs

We did the Paas kit this year. I've tried using the traditional boiled onion red onion skins, turmeric, etc. in the past, but the kids find the vibrant colors from the dye more satisfying.


















I let them paint them too, that left the eggs quite, um, unique. ;)






























Sean had to cover his with stickers as well. Not surprisingly, his eggs are decked out in fire engines and footballs.









The whole experience was even more interesting because James isn't allowed to speak today, as part of his empathy training for TKD. He will be mute for the rest of the day. I thought it was going to be a lot quieter around here today, but Sean is more than making up for James's silence.
